As a result of a solid partnership between Randstad and Solvay we are looking for candidates to integrate the Provisioning team. The main responsibilities are:
Convert PREQs into Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP, by giving priority to urgent situations
Check local requirement for PO approval
Verify availability of required vendor & item Master Data
Send Po electronically to the supplier
Chaise PO acknowledgement (if required) and proceed accordingly in case of non-perfect matching, by applying the agreed tolerance rules
Verify on-time recording of GR in SAP and PO compliance
Reply to WebCycles, liaising with the site, if necessary
