Telesales - Senior Assistant
Sales
Role Purpose
To sell actively over the phone and internet media (webconferences, social media and other) to new and existing customers. To sell both services and products to maximise revenue and profit and contribute to the unit's business objectives and in close collaboration with field sales.
Key Accountabilities
• Relationship Building: Builds and develops relationships with small customers, informing them the most suitable technology solutions, in order to enhance future sales and revenue and enhance the customer’s (and partner) satisfaction.
• Convincing Customers: Contacts and helps customers buy appropriate products and services. Proposing and recommending Fujitsu as best choice by demonstrating added value of the products and services.
• Focussing on the Business: Focuses on sales campaigns, accounts and mail shots as necessary in line with the business’s strategy to facilitate achievement.
• Product Awareness: Keeps up-to-date with new products, services and amendments to portfolio by attending briefings as required.
• Maintaining Information: Maintains up-to-date customer information by amending details as required. Logs actions from calls on database for follow up by appropriate department. Communicating information on needed basis with Field Sales.
• Building Internal Relationships: Understands requirements and manages close business relationships with fieldsales and other internal departments involved.
• Achieving and Maximising Results: Achieves target revenue and orders. Closing business sale where possible or collectively work on further actions with Field Sales. Acquiring new smaller customers in the assigned sales territory (directly and through partners). Maximizing revenue in existing accounts (renewals, upselling, cross selling).
• Sales Process Management: Driving, coordinating and managing a full sales process in close collaboration with Field sales and in line with the methodology. Building a quarterly sales-territory plan with Field Sales. Interfaces with all business operations processes and commercial practices involved in processing orders.
Key Performance Indicators
• Quality of proposals, forecasts, pipelines, quotations and data.
• Achievement of qualified leads accepted by Sales.
• Quality of data, pipeline.
• Submitting weekly report on specified kpi’s (number of dials, number of contacts) if needed.
