SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit for an experienced Head of Technology to join an Online Gaming Company currently working to innovate the gaming and sports betting experience. This job for Head of Technology is ideal for an individual with hands on development and leadership experience with the drive and determination to create and lead one of the best technical teams in the industry. This company has extensive plans for changing the current landscape of Online Gaming and are prepared to do what it takes to acquire the right Head of Technology needed to make these plans a reality.
Responsibilities:
* Full ownership of the technical side of the business
* Fully involved in the decision making process for the future of the business
* Responsible for all product development through effective management of your team
* Full contribution of new ideas and developments to improve current or future products
Requirements:
* Substantial commercial experience working as a Software Development Manager / Team Lead or Project/Product Management
* Strong hands on Java Development experience
* Experience of both Web and Mobile Development experience
* Hands on coding experience
* Excellent team leading ability
* Previous experience of team recruitment
* Previous Online Gaming experience is an asset
