SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a Fraud Administrator to join one of Europe's top Online Gaming Companies at their office based in Gibraltar. This job of Fraud Administrator is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous experience within the Online Gaming sector who is keen to develop a long term, successful career in the industry. Due to the current expansion of this department within the business the right Fraud Administrator will have plenty of opportunity to develop a career within Fraud.
Fraud Administrator Responsibilities:
* Responsible for investigating new customer account using various fraud prevention tools, including ID checks
* Phone checks to identify potential risks to the company in accordance with internal guidelines and polices
* Work closely with the Head of Fraud to make sure all compliance and regulations are upheld as per company and regulatory guidelines
Fraud Administrator Requirements:
* Fluent in writing and spoken English (German would be advantageous)
* Previous experience in a security/risk/fraud environment would also be of benefit
* Good poker knowledge essential
* Excellent customer care skills
* Commanding knowledge of Excel
* Flexible in approach to working hours
* An understanding of the unique qualities to work in a small independent team with the ability to make on the spot decisions.
